REAL HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST.

College Heights Partners was formed to provide high-caliber mergers and acquisitions advisory services to emerging-growth private and public companies in the technology area. We serve our clients in a way that cannot be matched by investment banking firms, who typically focus on larger clients.

College Heights Partners is based in Silicon Valley, and serves clients throughout the world.

The firm was established by Matt Mosman, one of Silicon Valley’s most experienced mergers and acquisitions specialists. Mosman came to the valley in the mid-90’s after having worked in marketing and corporate development positions for Compaq, Central Point Software, and Sequent Computers. He worked until the early 2000s for Oracle Corporation, serving as the company’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and overseeing Oracle’s mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, carve-outs, and joint ventures as well as the company’s $500M venture fund.

Mosman has also served as CEO of three technology startups, leading each to 100%+ revenue growth per annum and guiding Cerberian through its acquisition by Blue Coat Systems.

Mosman has been instrumental in mentoring many of Silicon Valley’s leading corporate development and private equity stars: the heads of corporate development for companies like Oracle, Salesforce and Avid Technology are former employees, as is a partner for Texas Pacific Group.

Mosman has experience in dealmaking with software, hardware and solar energy companies.

College Heights Partners draws on Mosman’s extensive deal experience to provide both buy and sell-side services to its clients. The firm is structured to provide each client with all of the attention and hard work necessary to ensure that transactions are performed in a manner that is thorough, efficient, and successful.
